What EZIncome4Everyone Is and Acceptance

EZIncome4Everyone is designed to give a purchaser the core components needed to begin promoting the licensed EZ product without having to create a product, sales system, dashboard, delivery process, or commission structure from the ground up. The system still requires the member to complete activation, connect supported accounts where applicable, follow platform rules, review campaign materials, and consistently perform the marketing actions assigned or recommended through EZ OS.

EZIncome4Everyone is not an affiliate network, multi-level marketing program, pyramid program, franchise, employment opportunity, investment, managed-income service, or promise of passive income. Members do not recruit downlines and are not paid from the sales activity of other resellers.

References to “EZ,” “EZIncome4Everyone,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of EZIncome4Everyone.com. “Member,” “customer,” “licensed reseller,” “you,” and “your” mean the person purchasing, activating, accessing, promoting, or using the product, license, website, EZ OS, or related services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By completing a purchase, activating an account, accessing EZ OS, downloading or viewing the book, accepting or using the license, or using a personal sales link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Purchase, Activation and Access

The current EZIncome4Everyone offer is a one-time purchase of $125 unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. The purchase is not a subscription and does not include a recurring EZ membership fee.

After successful payment and activation, the purchaser receives the components identified in the offer presented at checkout, which currently include:

• The digital book Affiliate Marketing — Who Would Have Thought?.
• A limited Partial Resale Rights License for the qualifying EZ product.
• Access to EZ OS, the business dashboard and operating hub.
• A personal sales or affiliate link used for qualifying attribution.
• Campaign preparation, daily guidance, approved marketing resources, and available tracking features.
• Supported automated or scheduled publishing when an approved integration is available, properly connected, and operational.

Account access is personal to the registered purchaser. Login credentials may not be sold, transferred, shared publicly, or used to give another person unauthorized access.

Pricing, Future Changes and Optional Offerings

EZIncome4Everyone may change the purchase price, promotional pricing, included features, product packaging, or licensing terms offered to future purchasers at any time. Any price change applies prospectively to purchases made after the new price or offer is displayed and does not increase or retroactively change the amount already paid for a completed purchase.

Existing customers retain the product access and license rights granted under the terms applicable to their completed purchase, subject to these terms, applicable law, security requirements, third-party platform availability, and provisions allowing suspension or termination for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, chargebacks, or material violations.

EZIncome4Everyone may introduce new editions, optional premium services, Marketplace modules, software features, AI-assisted tools, products, bundles, professional services, or other enhancements in the future. Unless expressly included in the offer purchased, future optional offerings are not automatically included with an earlier purchase and may require a separate payment or separate agreement.

Partial Resale Rights License

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Partial Resale Rights License to promote and resell the qualifying EZIncome4Everyone product through your assigned link, subject to these terms. The license authorizes product promotion and qualifying resale activity only; it does not transfer ownership of the EZ business, company, platform, technology, customer relationships, or intellectual property. The license does not transfer ownership of EZ OS, the website, software, source code, brand, book copyright, designs, marketing assets, customer data, or other intellectual property.

You may:

• Use your assigned sales link to promote the qualifying licensed product.
• Use approved EZ marketing materials and lawful marketing methods, making only changes permitted by EZ or required by the applicable platform.
• Earn the stated reseller amount from qualifying attributed sales.

You may not:

• Copy, clone, reverse-engineer, scrape, reproduce, or distribute EZ OS or its code.
• Rebrand, white-label, sublicense, assign, or transfer the license.
• Sell unauthorized copies of the book, dashboard, license, or marketing assets.
• Use the EZ brand in a way that falsely implies ownership, employment, partnership, or official endorsement.
• Make false, deceptive, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed earnings claims.

Qualifying Sales, Attribution and Commission Allocation

For each completed, qualifying $125 sale properly attributed to a licensed reseller, the reseller is eligible to retain or receive $100, and $25 is retained by or allocated to EZIncome4Everyone as the creator licensing royalty and platform-maintenance amount. A sale is qualifying only when payment is successfully completed, attribution is valid, the transaction is not fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, refunded, charged back, or otherwise disqualified, and the reseller remains in compliance with these terms.

Attribution may rely on the purchaser’s link, cookies, account data, order records, or other available technical records. No commission is owed when attribution cannot be reasonably verified. EZIncome4Everyone may investigate suspected manipulation, self-dealing, fraud, duplicate transactions, or attempts to bypass attribution rules.

Earnings and Business Results Disclaimer

EZIncome4Everyone is a product and business tool, not a guarantee of income, sales, profit, traffic, audience growth, search ranking, platform reach, or any other result. Purchasing, activating, logging in, connecting accounts, or receiving campaign content does not by itself produce earnings.

Results vary and may depend on individual effort, participation, consistency, audience, advertising, market demand, competition, content quality, platform availability, account standing, algorithms, technical conditions, and other factors outside EZIncome4Everyone’s control. Any examples, illustrations, goals, testimonials, or projections are not promises of typical or future performance.

Members must not make earnings or lifestyle claims unless the claims are truthful, non-misleading, properly substantiated, and accompanied by all disclosures required by applicable law.

Affiliate and Material-Connection Disclosures

A member promoting an EZIncome4Everyone link has a material financial connection to the product and may receive compensation when a qualifying purchase is completed through that link. Members must clearly and conspicuously disclose this financial relationship near the recommendation or promotional link.

A profile-page disclosure, hashtag, or general website notice may not be sufficient when it is separated from the actual promotion. Members are responsible for using disclosures appropriate to the platform, format, audience, and applicable law.

Refunds, Cancellations and Payment Disputes

Because the purchase includes immediate digital delivery, access credentials, downloadable or viewable content, software access, and licensing rights, all sales are final once digital access, the product, or the license has been delivered or activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact EZIncome4Everyone so that billing, access, duplication, fraud, or delivery concerns can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension or termination of access, cancellation of the license, reversal of unpaid commissions, and preservation of relevant transaction records.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law or by the payment provider’s binding rules.

Acceptable Use and Marketing Conduct

Members agree not to:

• Send unlawful spam or use purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
• Impersonate EZIncome4Everyone, its owner, another member, or any third party.
• Use misleading domain names, advertisements, testimonials, reviews, or social profiles.
• Promise guaranteed earnings, employment, passive income, investment returns, or government affiliation.
• Use harassment, discrimination, malware, deceptive redirects, fake scarcity, or unlawful tracking.
• Promote through content or conduct that violates law or a connected platform’s policies.
• Interfere with site security, payment processing, attribution, analytics, or another user’s account.

Third-Party Platforms and Publishing Features

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, PayPal, WooCommerce, Google, email providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and other third parties are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. EZIncome4Everyone does not control their approval processes, APIs, algorithms, outages, account restrictions, policy changes, content moderation, or continued availability.

EZ OS may prepare campaigns and, where a supported integration is available, may automate or schedule publishing for properly connected accounts after the applicable permissions, approvals, setup, and activation are complete. Until a platform is clearly shown as connected and operational inside EZ OS, the member remains responsible for completing any required manual publishing. Platform features depend on valid permissions, account standing, API access, platform approval, service availability, and technical limitations. Platform support may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued when necessary for legal, security, technical, or policy reasons. No uninterrupted publishing, approval, reach, delivery, account access, or continued platform integration is guaranteed. Members remain responsible for reviewing campaign content, maintaining their connected accounts, protecting credentials, and confirming that scheduled or automated activity complies with current platform rules.

Privacy Policy: Information We Collect and Use

Depending on how you use the website and services, EZIncome4Everyone may collect:

• Identity and contact information, such as name and email address.
• Account information, login status, reseller identifier, settings, and dashboard activity.
• Transaction information, including order status, payment-provider reference numbers, product, price, attribution, commission, refund, and dispute records. Complete payment-card credentials are generally processed by the payment provider rather than stored by EZIncome4Everyone.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device type, timestamps, security logs, cookies, and similar identifiers.
• Marketing and analytics information, such as link visits, referrals, clicks, campaign activity, and platform-performance data made available through connected services or authorized integrations.
• Communications and support information that you choose to submit.

Information may be collected directly from you, automatically through the site, or from service providers involved in hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, security, customer support, or connected-platform functionality.

We use information to process purchases; create and secure accounts; deliver the product and license; assign links; attribute sales; calculate records; provide dashboard functions; communicate about transactions and service issues; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the service; comply with legal obligations; and protect users, EZIncome4Everyone, and third parties.

Privacy Choices and Legal Rights

Depending on your location and whether a particular privacy law applies to EZIncome4Everyone, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about the handling of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

EZIncome4Everyone does not sell personal information for money. If future practices involve activity legally defined as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, the required notices and opt-out choices will be provided before that activity begins.

To submit a privacy request, use the contact options below. Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is completed. Requests may be denied or limited when permitted by law, including when information must be kept for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and EZIncome4Everyone does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchasers and licensed resellers must be at least 18.

Data Security, Service Providers and Retention

EZIncome4Everyone uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled. No internet transmission, account system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that perform functions such as hosting, payment processing, account authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, legal compliance, customer support, and platform integration. These providers receive information as needed to perform their services and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, transaction and commission records, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, and legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

EZIncome4Everyone, EZ OS, the website design, software, source code, workflows, text, graphics, book, license materials, prompts, workflows, campaign assets, trademarks, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to EZIncome4Everyone and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted by the Partial Resale Rights License, no right, title, or interest is transferred to the member. “EZIncome4Everyone” and related branding may not be registered, copied, altered, or used as part of a business name, domain name, social-media identity, or advertisement in a misleading manner.

Suspension, Termination and Effect

EZIncome4Everyone may restrict, suspend, or terminate account access, publishing functions, link privileges, marketing-asset access, or the Partial Resale Rights License when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, chargebacks, intellectual-property violations, platform-policy violations, misleading marketing, or a material breach of these terms.

Upon termination, the member must stop representing themselves as an authorized reseller and stop using protected EZ materials except where continued access is required by law. Sections concerning payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that logically survive termination will remain effective.

Professional Disclaimer, Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

EZIncome4Everyone does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals regarding your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, digital product, license, dashboard, campaign tools, publishing functions, links, analytics, recommendations, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, platform approval, search visibility, sales, income, or business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZIncome4Everyone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, platform suspension, account loss, or third-party conduct arising from or related to the services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to EZIncome4Everyone for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

Taxes and Independent Business Responsibility

Members are independent purchasers and licensed resellers, not employees, agents, franchisees, partners, joint venturers, fiduciaries, or legal representatives of EZIncome4Everyone. Members have no authority to bind EZIncome4Everyone, enter agreements on its behalf, make unauthorized representations, or incur obligations in its name. Members are responsible for their own business registration, permits, advertising compliance, recordkeeping, income reporting, and taxes.

Transaction taxes may be calculated, collected, or remitted where required by law or by the payment platform. Members should consult a qualified tax professional.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

EZIncome4Everyone may update features, supported platforms, security requirements, product pricing for future purchases, optional offerings, licensing terms for future purchasers, these terms, or this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, technical, business, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email when appropriate.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate a payment or commission obligation already earned under the terms applicable to a completed qualifying transaction, except as required to correct fraud, error, reversal, or legal noncompliance.

Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law in the customer’s jurisdiction applies. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through direct written communication.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with the offer shown at checkout and any incorporated license, privacy, or platform-specific notices, form the complete agreement concerning the purchased EZ product and supersede prior inconsistent statements about that purchase. Headings and plain-language summaries are provided for convenience and do not limit the operative terms.
